Returns
As our products are fashion accessories and delicate items, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once the issue is verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
